With version 9.0 or later of the Contacts Sync app, it's easier than ever to sync multiple Google accounts right from your iPhone. However, the procedure will vary depending on your specific objective:
Objective A: Sync 2 Google accounts, so that you have the same contacts in both places
To accomplish that, please follow these steps:
- Go to Contacts Sync > Accounts, and select "Sync 2 Google Accounts instead," if you haven't done so already
- Go to Contacts Sync > Accounts, and sign into each of your 2 Google accounts
- Go to Contacts Sync > Sync, and sync your contacts in the desired direction
See the following video for a detailed demonstration: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iPMyDBOAQl8
Objective B: Create a 3-way sync between 2 Google accounts and an iOS account, with the same contacts in all 3 places
To accomplish that, please follow these steps:
- Go to Contacts Sync > Accounts, and select "Sync 2 Google Accounts instead," if you haven't done so already
- Go to Contacts Sync > Accounts, and sign into each of your 2 Google accounts
- Go to Contacts Sync > Sync > 2-Way Sync
- Go to Contacts Sync > Accounts, and select "Sync Google & iPhone instead"
- Go to Contacts Sync > Sync > 2-Way Sync
- Repeat these steps as desired
Objective C: Add contacts from multiple Google accounts to my iPhone, but with the contacts from each Google account kept separate
- In this situation, I would suggest syncing your primary Google account with iPhone using this app. Add any additional Google accounts by going to your iPhone Settings > Contacts > Accounts.
