How do you perform a clean sync?

If you would like to make an exact copy of one of your contact accounts, a clean sync is appropriate. A clean sync involves completely deleting one of your accounts, and then syncing your contacts so that they match.

Instructions

1. First, deleted the contacts in the destination account.  To do so, go to Contact Mover > Contacts > Delete All iPhone Contacts, and delete the desired account. 
2. Next, sync contacts from the source account to the destination account.  To do so, go to Contact Mover > Sync/Move > 2-way Sync. 

Now your two accounts should exactly match.
