How do I send a group text message from my iPhone?

The first step is to setup your groups/lists.  If you already have groups setup in Google, you can sync them with iPhone using the Contacts Sync app. 

Once you create your groups/lists, you can then send a group message using the standard Contacts app on your iPhone (iOS 16 or later). Open the Contacts app, navigate to the Lists menu, and then press and hold the desired group/list.  A context menu will then appear that allows you to select "Message All" as shown below:
